# AGORA — What's New

_Latest watch digest. Regenerated on every run; the append-only history lives in `data/<surface>-watch-events.jsonl`._

- **As-of:** 2026-09-11 (run 2026-09-11T04:50+00:00 UTC)
- **Claim ceiling:** visibility/structural observations of public data at a snapshot. Not validation, supervision, prevalence, or legal-status.
- **New/changed this run:** 8
- **Wall:** vault-internal only; public deploy needs explicit Anton sign-off (eIDAS-trust-services optics gate).
